For recent graduates in Kenya, NCBA Bank Kenya offers the Go Getter Internship Program


For recent graduates seeking internship positions at NCBA's business units to launch their careers, the NCBA Go Getter Internship Program is a great option.


According to the Education Citizenship Agenda, the initiative seeks to provide graduates with first-hand business exposure while giving top-performing interns a chance to be added to the banks' talent pipeline for future opportunities.


Over the course of six months, the NCBA Go Getter Internship program is offered.
You must meet the requirements listed below in order to be considered for the program:

Ministry of 2nd Upper Class Division for your undergraduate degree A minimum KCSE mark of B-minus is required, and the student must have graduated within the last 12 months with B-minus grades in both English and Mathematics.. 


Those who are expected to graduate shortly must provide a letter verifying their completion, their projected graduation date, and the awards they hope to receive.

You will be expected to give copies and originals of your academic credentials, including but not limited to your high school and university diplomas, upon engagement.
