ifa CrossCulture Programme Fellowship 2023 for North African young professionals Fully Funded

With the help of the ifa CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowships, professionals and dedicated volunteers can work for two to three months in a multicultural setting, network internationally, and learn new skills.

Each year, the CrossCulture Programme (CCP) awards between 50 and 70 professionals and dedicated volunteers from as many as 40 different countries through the CCP Fellowships. Participants gain intercultural competence, expand their network of contacts, and strengthen their knowledge over two to three months of work-related stays in host organizations in Germany or CCP partner nations. The experience, local knowledge, and networks of the CCP Fellows assist the host organizations in turn.. Participants may also go to workshops on cross-cultural communication and CCP-hosted networking and business events. Participants then apply their newly acquired experience to their home organization after returning to their regular working lives.

On-site fellowships will be made available starting in 2023. Participants may choose to participate as well as a digital fellow, subject to funding by the German Federal Foreign Office, based on their individual circumstances, and in accordance with the COVID-19 admission conditions.
